L. Rijkaard Banerjee, Chief Executive Officer SWC Group
L. Rijkaard Banerjee became CEO of SWC Capital Advisors and SWC Commercial Properties in 2003. He has remarkably successful career in investment banking. He had been with Goldman Sachs for over 10 years. He has MBA from Columbia University, Master of Engineering from University of South Florida in Tampa, and Bachelor of Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He has served in United States Army 75th Rangers and Special Forces, and participated in active combats.
Adrish Banerjee, Chairman of SWC Group , CEO of Mindpower Worldwide
Adrish also worked for Victory '04 Bush Cheney Campaign and led election effort in Los Angeles. He also served as the 39 th California Assembly District Chair. Adrish is also a combat veteran and served in the during some of the recent armed conflicts. He enjoys sailing, golf and gourmet cooking.
Catherine Yan He, Strategic Investment Advisor of SWC Group of Companies
Catherine Yan He joined SWC Group as Director of Equity Research in February 2006. She is currently co-managing SWC China Fund, also the interim CEO of SWC's Textile Division. Catherine has previously worked as a Program Director for Preventive Medicine and Infectious Diseases program between Keck School of Medicine, CDC and China CDC. Prior to working with CDC, she had been a program coordinator at the World Bank.
Catherine has an MBA from California Lutheran University, Masters in Public Health (MPH) from University of Southern California, and Bachelors of Art degree in Business from Xi'an Jiaotong University in China.
Catherine is a menber of various professional women's societies, and she also sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
Melissa Lee, PhD, Director of European Operations of Mindpower Worldwide
Dr. Lee is a native of China. Exceptionally cultured and educated, Dr Lee received BS from Tsinghua University in 1996, and subsequently MBA in 1998 from Said School of Business, University of Oxford, and PhD in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2002.
She has extensive experience in human resource management and organizational design and transformation. Between1998 to 2000, she worked at Barclays Bank as Associate Director of Human Resources, after which she moved on to become a Senior Executive Recruiter at McKenzie Consulting in London, UK until 2004. In mid 2004, Dr Lee became the Director of European Operations at UK-based Mindpower Worldwide, Ltd, where she has built a solid client base in Europe, North America as well as in Asia.
She became the Director of Operations (Europe) for Mindpower Worldwide after the acquisition of the company by SWC Group, and her focus has transitioned into developing new client base in Europe in the arenas of tourism destinations and facilities, commercial and residential projects, civil infrastructure, and all other service areas of Mindpower Worldwide.
William H. Taron, VP Legal and Business Affairs

Luc Grenier-Godard, MD, Global Business Development of Mindpower Worldwide
Dr Luc Grenier-Godard joined Mindpower Worldwide as Managing Director of Global Business Development in November, 2010.
Dr Grenier-Godard has very
comprehensive knowledge and experience in international real estate investment
and marketing. Prior to Mindpower Worldwide, Dr Grenier-Godard had been the
managing director of Baystone Estates, Ltd, specializing in a wide range of worldwide
real estate investments, including joint ventures, property fund investment and
direct property investment. Previously, Dr Grenier-Godard had vast experience
European banking and real estate investments working with high net-worth
individuals around the world.
Bob Kirby joined SWC Group as Technical Director in January 2006. Previous to this he was a Senior Manager within the tax department at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Jersey.
An MA honors graduate from Cambridge University and a qualified accountant, Bob began his financial services career in London in 1995 working for KPMG until 2000. During that time, he worked for the firm in New Zealand and in London.
At PricewaterhouseCoopers he worked in London in their Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Department and moved to Jersey in 2003 joining the firm’s trust and company administration department. During 2004, he was one of only 24 employees chosen from PwC’s Great Britain tax team to attend an accelerated 12 month leadership programme.
He is married with a young son and is an active member of the Caesarean Cycling Club.
Geoff Stone, Senior Investment Strategist
Geoff Stone, Joined SWC Group as Senior Investment Strategist in January 2007. Previous to this, he was Head of Wealth Management for HSBC Bank Plc, based in London, and responsible for the delivery of Wealth Management and Financial Planning Services to the 10 million HSBC customers in the UK. He was formerly Head of Personal Financial Services and Deputy to the Chief Executive at HSBC Bank International Limited in Jersey.
Geoff moved to Jersey with HSBC in 2002 in order to take responsibility for all aspects of International Personal Banking and Wealth Management Services for HSBC Bank International, which has its headquarters in Jersey and representative offices in Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Johannesburg, Cape Town, London and Malta. He was also Chief Executive, HSBC International Financial Advisers (UK) Ltd. and a Director of several other HSBC entities. His earlier career was spent at a senior level with HSBC Bank plc in the UK including several executive management positions in London and the regions.
An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Personal Finance Society, Geoff began his career in financial services in 1979. He is married with five children.
Martin De Klerk, Senior Investment Strategist
Martin De Klerk took up his post as Senior Investment strategist January 2007, joining from his role as Director of Strategy at Prudential UK, a £0.5bn profit business, based in London, with 10 million customers.
Prior to this he had spent almost 4 years as Managing Director, Abbey National Offshore, and Director, Abbey National International Division including operations in Jersey, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Dubai, Hong Kong, Ireland, France, Italy and Spain.
Martin was also a member of the UK based Group Wealth Management board. He has over 18 years of experience in financial services including periods running Abbey National’s Spanish subsidiary, their UK Intermediary Mortgage Lending business responsible for £6bn of gross lending, and 3 years in private equity at 3i plc.
Martin is an FCA qualified accountant from Price Waterhouse, graduated from Cambridge University and is married with three children.
Nicole Donnelly, Project Director
Nicole joined SWC Group in February 2007 as Project Director. She was born in England but was raised and educated in Switzerland.
Prior to joining SWC Group, Nicole was part of the North American fund administration team of Aberdeen Asset Managers for five years, which was relocated to the United States at the end of 2005. Nicola was mainly responsible for organizing and overseeing the preparation of the quarterly Board materials, which consisted of several hundred pages of information, per fund.
Nicole was involved in the transition of the business from Europe to the United States and assisted in the recruitment and training of a new fund administration team based in Philadelphia.
Nicole’s main responsibility at SWC Group is the co-ordination and oversees all on going construction projects. She will also assist in the organization of external events, specifically funds-related, such as Super Return and GAIM.
Carla joined SWC Group in January 2007 as Director of Communications. She was born and educated in Jersey and graduated in the UK with a Bachelors degree in Professional Media (with Honors). Carla has 12 years marketing and relationship management experience and has worked in Guernsey, Isle of Man, and London and in Jersey.
Her role will involve providing key support across a wide range of marketing and communications activities undertaken by SWC at home and globally.
Prior to starting at SWC, Carla worked as a Project Manager at the Training & Employment Partnership (TEP) within Economic Development where she was responsible for many key projects. In particular, she was responsible in 2006 for the launch of the successful Jersey Undergraduate Internship programme, and the project management of the high profile Jersey Enterprise Awards. During this time she helped develop and implement Economic Development’s Skills Strategy and Enterprise and Business Development Strategy. Prior to this she worked at Abbey International as a Training & Development Consultant where she managed and mentored all staff regarding their professional qualifications, CPD and training needs.
Carla brings to SWC Group excellent marketing and interpersonal skills with a variety of experience having worked both in the private and public sector.
